There are only 4 steps to completing the mailout phase of your promotion: |

Step 1- Assemble A Mailing List |
|
A) You can send us a list (must be in an Excel file in standard Excel or comma delimited format). Your list must contain the minimum data of name, full address, city, state, 5 digit zip code. If you do not have the names then it will read "Currrent Resident". To send us your list you can upload it with your artwork at checkout or you can email to admin@kangarooprinting.com. |

B) We will quote you for a list that will service your targeted audience. Simply email us with the specifications of your target (learn how), the zip codes you wish to mail to and the number of addresses needed. |

Step 2- Prepare the Mailing List |
|
Every list must be CASS certified for address accuracy to obtain the lowest possible postage rates. If you do not have a CASS certified list do not worry we will certify for at no charge. |

Step 3- Presort and Address |
|
In this step we presort the data and print the addresses on the printed pieces. We place the final product in the appropriate trays or sacks, prepare the proper labels and forms and it is ready to go. |

Step 4- Deliver to the Post Office |
|
|
The final step is to deliver to post office. |
| |
|
Postage Due - US Post Office protocol is to receive full payment of all postage due at time of drop off. Therefore, all postage must be paid in full to KPMS prior to delivery to the post office. If paying by check you must make it out to KPMS. The check must clear before we deliver your mailing to the post office. |
